Introduction

Ingraham Institute Senior Secondary English School, Aligarh was founded in the year 1980. the institute is running under the guidance and leadership of Mr S.N. Singh, Director, Ingraham Institute, Aligarh. The Institute is a part and parcel of the Agra Regional Conference of the Methodist Church in India, which has already established its role in the field of education and the upbringing of the future citizens of our great country.

At its inseption in  1980 other vocational programmes of the Institute already existed, the school has grown form strength to strength with the hard work put in by the dedicated and highly qualified teachers who are known for their team spirit and work for the all round development of every individual student. The school aims to educate the young child to become a member of the society based on high moral values and ideals. Besides high quality education there is provision for outdoor games. Hostel facilities available for boys and girls with medical attention.

The school is located on Grand Trunk Road at Banna Devi in lush green surroundings providing a pollution free environment and extensive fields for Recognition. The school is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) for Secondary and Senior Secondary Examination of the Board (Class X and XII) with PCB, PCM and Commerce Stream.

The only school (CBSE Board) that offer NCC training to boys and girls.
